"Dear Formula Wine customers,
I'm Pierre Trimbach, I've been the winemaker at Maison F.E. Trimbach for 30 years now. We're located in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, France. Let's go for a quick summary of the long Trimbach story !
Our ancestor Jean Trimbach started to produce wines in the heart of Alsace in 1626, in the villages of Riquewihr and then Hunawihr. We are now settled in Ribeauville but we have never changed our way to make wines.
Our style is known to be dry, focused and elegant, perfect to match with food.
We are selling our wines mostly abroad and we started to show our wines first in Belgium in 1898 when our ancestor Frédéric Emile went to Brussels at the great international fair. From that time, the name Trimbach has been rated globally as one of the great names of Alsace wineries.
The Family supervises every single operation, from planting and vinification to selection and bottling to be sure of the quality and consistency of our wines.
Now, relax, take a fresh bottle of Trimbach and please enjoy the wine you've picked... And please, do not hesitate to come to taste some of our wines when you are near Ribeauvillé
Best,
Pierre Trimbach

Wine and Dine Menu

In Alsace this wine works well with the local cuisine and goose, sauerkraut and onion quiche are the watchwords here.
Moving out of Alsace, it is delicious with rich fish dishes, chicken and oriental food from sushi to light curries.
