Description
The rich flavours of apricots, toast dipped in honey, hay and spice last long on the citrus finish.
The Chenin Blanc grapes for FMC were hand selected from old bush vines, planted in 1974 and harvested at full maturity. Due to repetitive harvesting some botrytis is present. Natural wild yeast fermentation in new French oak 400 L barrels. Maturation on the lees total of 12 months in the barrel.
