Description
Maconnais grapes give freshness, whilst Cote d'Or and Chalonnais give the wine structure. The Cote d'Or part is made and aged in oak barrels, the other in stainless steel tanks thus the wine is fruity and mellow from the oak.
This white wine has aromas of apricots, pears and grapefruit enhanced by a light vanilla touch.
In 2009 Maison Louis Jadot celebrated 150 years of fine winemaking.

Green Credentials

Great care and attention is paid to the fruit in the vineyard. For the past 20 years the use of all synthetic products (fertilisers, herbicides etc) are banished on their own vineyard soils, applying traditional practices instead. All work is done either by tractor or for the more inaccessible sites, by horse.
