Terms & Conditions for Wine Miles
A Formula Wine account is required to qualify for Wine Miles Rewards.
For every £1.00 you spend with us, you will accrue 1 Wine Mile.
Miles shown per product are as a guide. This reflects the minimum miles awarded to registered users. £1 = 1 mile is based on the total spend per order.
For every 100 Wine Miles, we will credit you with a £5.00 discount, to spend on future purchases of our wines or products.
If you fill your tank and achieve a maximum of 1000 Wine Miles, we will reward you with an extra bonus of £10.00.
The bottom gauge on the Wine Miles Clock, displays your running total of Wine Miles. It will start on zero and will rise from your first ever purchase with us and will keep rising with every £1 you ever spend.
The top gauge on the Wine Miles Clock displays the current value in cash of Wine Miles accrued and available to trade in.
The tank level indicator needle on the Wine Miles Clock ranges from Empty on the left to Full on the right and it is a visual indicator of current Wine Miles.
Under the heading Cash In Wine Miles you will also find a summary.
As an example - if you have earned 200 Wine Miles and you choose to redeem them, you may click the 'Create Voucher' button on your My Vouchers / Wine Miles account page. A £10 voucher is created and added to your account for use on future purchases. If you have earned 500 Wine Miles then we would reward you with a £25.00 voucher.
We will credit you in multiples of 100 Wines Miles and therefore if you have earned a value in Wine Miles of 222 for example, if you choose to trade in your miles you will receive a voucher from us for £10 and your top counter will show the remaining credit.
1000 Wine Miles is the maximum you may accrue and when achieved a voucher will be issued. The maximum of 1000 Wine Miles will be indicated on the tank level indicator needle which will show that the tank is full. We will reward you with an extra bonus of £10.00. Therefore, you will receive a voucher for the value of £60.00. (£50.00 plus a bonus of £10.00) redeemable on wine or products. Having achieved the maximum of 1000 Wine Miles, the top gauge will reset back to 0 and the tank level indicator needle will reset to Empty. Once reset you will be able to start accruing Wine Miles once again. The bottom gauge will continue to display your running total.
Wine Miles credited to your account may be traded in at any time you like. The voucher you receive will be valid up to a maximum duration of 1 year from the date of issue.
If the value of a purchase is less than the value of your voucher, then we will issue you with a new voucher for the outstanding value.
Wine Miles vouchers will be issued in pounds sterling.
A voucher may only be used once.
Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold.
Vouchers are only valid for purchases of wine or products, on the Formula Wine website.
If you have a voucher to redeem against the purchase of wine or products you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out above.
