  • Is there a minimum order?
    Order as much or as little as you like - we do not have a minimum order. The exception is orders placed through Winederful Service/Club, which has a minimum order of 3 bottles.
  • Must I log in or have an account to browse or shop?
    No. We have designed FW to make your experience with us hassle free, informative and enjoyable.
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    You will be charged in GBP Sterling.
  • Is VAT included in the price?
    All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • How much is delivery?
    Delivery is charged at the same rate from one bottle upwards - so feel free to order van loads!
    Delivery is £6.95 within mainland UK and the Isle of Wight.
    Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is £24.95
    Our courier is happy to deliver on a Saturday. The delivery surcharge within mainland UK is £29.95 (£6.95 + £29.95 = £36.90). Saturday delivery surcharge to other UK regions listed above is £30.95 (£24.95 + £30.95 = £55.90). We cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery to European destinations therefore a surcharge is not applicable.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Your order will arrive within a couple of days, however please allow seven working days. If you live in Europe, you will receive the same service from us but you may need to allow up to 14 days.
  • I need my order in a hurry?
    Please send us an email, especially if your purchase is a gift. If we are able to help you, we will.
  • We are having a wedding/party/event can you help?
    Sure! We would be happy to offer you some stress relief and advice if desired. You may expect a personal and exceptional service from us. Our wine experts will make it their duty to understand your requirements and make the most of your budget. Please email and outline your plans for us.
  • I would like a wine you are not listing, so can you help?
    We can source just about any wine your heart desires! Please email us and we will advise you if we can help.
  • I would like to send wine or a box set as a gift, how will it be presented?
    You can choose between our highly attractive presentation tubes or a gift drawer. Every order also comes complete with a free postcard.
  • Can I send a personal message with a gift?
    Yes. We include a postcard with every order and we will be happy to print your message on the back.
  • Tell me about Wine Miles.
    We wish to reward and thank you for shopping with us, so you will earn Wine Miles with every purchase you make from our website. For every £1.00 spent, you will earn 1 Wine Mile and we will fill your FW tank, so that you can go further around the world of wine! 100 Wine Miles will get you £5.00 discount. The discount increases by £5.00 for every 100 Miles. If you have filled your tank, then we will give you an extra £10.00 bonus, however you can redeem your Wine Miles at any time. Our Wine Miles scheme is HUGELY generous compared to many other schemes.
  • Are my payment and card details secure?
    Payments to Formula Wine are secured by Sage Pay, which is the leading independent processing company in the UK. Your payments are safe and secure.
  • Will you protect my privacy?
    Your privacy is extremely important to us and we will only collect and process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Your information will not be sold to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
  • I think my wine is faulty?
    Fortunately faulty wine is rare these days, however if you think your wine is faulty, then please email us and we will happily make personal arrangements with you to return your wine to us for assessment. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense. If in our opinion your wine is faulty, we will offer you a full refund or credit, for the total cost of the wine and shipping.
  • I don't like my wine, is there anything I can do about it?
    Yes - because we hope you love your wine! Please email us and outline why you disliked it and we will try to offer some advice to avoid disappointment in the future. We are sorry, but we are unable to offer a refund on wine that was not to your taste.
  • How can I be sure my order is being processed?
    We will send you a confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order and you will receive a confirmation email from Sage Pay confirming payment.

  • What is Visual Verification?
    Visual Verification known as 'Captcha' is a test used in computing to ensure that the response is generated by a human rather than a computer. Computers are unable to solve the 'Captcha' and therefore any user entering a correct solution is presumed to be human. The purpose and benefit to you, is to prevent a computer sending you unwanted junk mail, otherwise known as Spam.

    Because we have designed FW for you to enjoy and you are very important to us. If you create your own Formula Wine driver and driver name, every time you log in, we are able to welcome you back personally and you will see your driver become part of the FW experience. Feel like part of the team!
