- Is there a minimum order?
Order as much or as little as you like - we do not have a minimum order. The exception is Winederful Service, which is a minimum of 3 bottle orders. - Must I log in or have an account to browse or shop?
No. We have designed FW to make your experience with us hassle free, informative and enjoyable. - What currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in GBP Sterling. - Is VAT included in the price?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT. - How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at the same rate from one bottle upwards - so feel free to order van loads!
Delivery is £6.95 within mainland UK. We deliver worldwide and to European destinations, so please refer to Delivery Information or contact us. - When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive within a couple of days, however please allow seven working days. If you live in Europe, you will receive the same service from us but please allow up to 14 days. - I need my order in a hurry?

Sure! We will be happy to offer you advice if desired and some stress relief! Expect a personal and exceptional service from us. Our wine experts will make it their duty to understand your requirements and make the most of your budget. We can source just about any wine your heart desires! Please contact us. - I would like to send wine as a gift, how will it be presented?
You can choose between our attractive presentation tubes or a Wine In Style gift drawer. Every order also comes complete with a free postcard in an envelope. - Can I send a personal message with a gift?
Yes. We include a postcard with every order and will print your message on the back. - Tell me about Wine Miles.
We wish to reward and thank you for shopping with us, so you will earn Wine Miles with every purchase you make from our website. For every £1.00 spent, you will earn 1 Wine Mile. 100 Wine Miles will attract £5.00 discount. If you have filled your FW tank, then we will give you an extra £10.00 bonus, however you can redeem your Wine Miles at any time. Our Wine Miles rewards are HUGELY generous compared to many other schemes. - Are my payment and card details secure?

- Payments to Formula Wine are secured by Sage Pay, which is the most technologically advanced, secure system currently available. All transaction information passed between Formula Wine and Sage Pay’s systems, is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.
- You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties.
- Formula Wine is audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Sage Pay is also audited annually and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance
- Will you protect my privacy?
Your privacy is extremely important to us and we will only collect and process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Your information will not be sold to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. - I think my wine is faulty?
Fortunately faulty wine is rare these days, however if you think you have detected a fault, then please email us and we will either make arrangements to return the wine to us for assessment or simply offer a refund or credit. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and the remedy is at our discretion. - I don't like my wine, is there anything I can do about it?
We hope you love your wine! We are sorry but we are unable to offer a refund on wine that was not to your taste, however please consider informing us. If we are given the opportunity, we may be able to assist and serve you better in the future. - How can I be sure my order is being processed?
We will send you a confirmation email once you have successfully placed an order and you will receive a confirmation email from Sage Pay confirming payment. - Do you offer accounts?
